Hi,
You are in Lake Havasu City for probably the same reason that I am. For me it started with vacationing here on the lake in the summers and dreaming of one day having a home and moving here and maybe retiring? Well, that is how it happened for me except for the retirement part.
My journey to Lake Havasu City has been a long one starting in Valencia, California where I have sold real estate since 1992. My husband George and I lived in the country where my passion was horses and his was racing. I rode my horse every day in the foothills of Acton, and he raced his record holding 1970 442 Old’s in the NHRA circuit and built carburetors for racers around the country. And then he also got his real estate license and worked with me in the real estate business. We were very successful and we came to Havasu every summer with our boat to rest and water ski on the lake.
We decided to move here in 2018 but we did not want to retire and so I got my license to sell and he continued to build carburetors. What a great move it was for us to work where we loved to play. Unfortunately, though, my husband died 2 years later of heart disease. Thankfully, my real estate clients helped me to eventually recover my loss by helping them realize their dreams to buy and sell here in Lake Havasu.
To me, this Is not just a business but a lifestyle helping people find their futures. Whether moving in or moving out, I can make that transition so much easier because of the knowledge and experience I have. I love what I do and look forward to meeting many more new clients and friends.
